South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre (SEOCHC) is a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides a wide range of multidisciplinary services, including primary care, health promotion, social services, community development, home support and advocacy to address the social determinants of health. We focus on improving the health and well-being of people in South-East Ottawa, especially those who face barriers to accessing care. Our Primary Care team is seeking several Nurse Practitioners to work as members of the interprofessional primary care team, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, administrative staff, and allied health professionals. The NP operates as the Most Responsible Provider and will serve clients in collaboration with the interprofessional team, in walk-in and as rostered patients, provide coverage for clients of other providers when on leave, support same-day/urgent appointment requests, share on-call duties, participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, and support clients in accessing services available across the centre.
Qualifications:
Salary range: $112,348.60 - $132,204.80 commensurate with experience, plus for those joining us for an indeterminate period, a comprehensive benefits package including HOOPP, general paid leaves and professional development opportunities.
