What You'll Do: 

Deliver Compassionate & Personalized Care – Assess, plan, and implement individualized care to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
Foster Meaningful Relationships – Communicate with residents and families, providing health updates and reassurance in a warm and respectful manner.
Lead & Support the Care Team – Supervise and guide Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Health Care Aides, ensuring excellence in resident care.
Ensure Safety & Well-Being – Maintain a secure and uplifting environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Collaborate with Medical Professionals – liase with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
Uphold Excellence & Compliance – Follow all healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with Ontario’s healthcare guidelines.

What you Bring:

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), currently registered with CNO
Current CPR & First Aid Certification 
Vulnerable Sector Screening (completed within the last 6 months)
2-Step TB Test (completed in 2025)

Experience working with seniors

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), preferred

 A dedication to working as part of a team in a culturally rich and respectful environment.
