As a member of the health care team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient centred care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team members. The RN is responsible to provide and coordinate patient care (which may include related resources, outside of the Boris Clinic setting).
1. Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse
2. Recent (minimum 2 years) experience in acute adult setting
3. Recent (minimum 2 years) experience within the last 5 years in a hospital outpatient setting
4. Recent experience in an outpatient allergy and immunology setting (administering allergy testing, allergy injections, oral challenge, etc.) an asset
5. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt positively to constantly changing environment
6. Demonstrated ability for working independently, problem solving, critical thinking, prioritization and organization
7. Committed to acquire new knowledge and continuous learning
