Salary Range: $125,880 - $137,553

We work with our 11 First Nation community partners and the IFC in the provision of primary health care, traditional healing, mental wellness and addictions, home and community support services, and health promotion services.
The opportunity: Under the direction of the Director of Mental Wellness and Minobimaadizing, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Addictions Specialist will provide addictions care to clients of the Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services Inc. and the HART Hub. The approach to care is strengths-based and rooted in evidence-based practice and practice-based evidence.

What to expect? Given the traditional practices of Indigenous people, from time-to-time exposure to smoke from the burning of sacred medicines such as tobacco, sweet grass, sage or cedar may occur.
