Total Group of Companies is an industrial service company specializing in fire, rescue, medical, HSE, and training services.
We are currently building our team of Saskatchewan-registered LPNs, RNs, and Nurse Practitioners for an upcoming remote restoration project in Saskatchewan.
Applicants must be actively registered and in good standing to practice in Saskatchewan. Only candidates who meet this requirement will be considered.
This role will provide industrial medical support for a remote project site in Saskatchewan. Medical personnel will support worker health and safety, emergency response readiness, and day-to-day medical coverage in alignment with site requirements, company procedures, and applicable OHS legislation.
Typical rotation may be 2β3 weeks on / 1β2 weeks off, depending on project needs.
Personnel must be comfortable working in a remote environment and remaining available for emergency response while on shift. Extended stays may be required due to weather, access limitations, or operational needs.
Travel may include charter flights, road travel, or helicopter access depending on project location. Mobilization and demobilization logistics will be coordinated by Total Group.
Candidates must be prepared for remote access conditions, seasonal delays, and camp/hotel-based accommodations.
Provide first aid, emergency response, and patient care
Assist with trauma stabilization and evacuation coordination
Complete fit-for-work checks and wellness monitoring
Maintain accurate treatment and incident documentation
Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
Work closely with site safety, supervision, and project teams
Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and emergency planning
To be considered for this role, applicants must be currently registered to practice as an LPN, RN, or Nurse Practitioner in Saskatchewan and able to provide proof of registration prior to mobilization.
Active Saskatchewan registration as an LPN, RN, or Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Valid driverβs license preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Able to work independently in a remote setting
Previous industrial, remote, emergency, occupational health, or oilfield experience is an asset
