Profile Description: Competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, groups and families with health-care needs ranging from uncomplicated to complex and rapidly changing status.  Demonstrates a caring approach which reflects and incorporates expertise.

Job Description:

Including but not limited to:

• Creating, updating and reviewing Care Plans

• Documenting LTC-F

• Scheduling and facilitating care conferences

• Process Admissions/Discharges

• Assisting with Outbreak procedures

• Assisting with Physician rounds

• Assist with ordering medical supplies

• Reporting to Infection Control

• General Nursing Duties

Education: 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses: 

Memberships: 

• Good standing with CRNS

Languages:

Other Education and Training: 

• Nursing diploma is acceptable
