Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. This is a full facility position for an integrated facility including Long Term Care and Acute Care.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
