One of a network of provincial community health centres, the NorWest Community Health Centres is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services.
We are currently seeking a 1 FTE Nurse Practitioner, who as a valuable member of the Community Health Centre team will provide Nurse Practitioner assistance to vulnerable populations. The role will include working with an interdisciplinary team to provide a full primary care scope of practice clients of Kwae Kii Win Managed Alcohol Program and unattached clients of the Rapid Access Addictions Medicine Clinic.

Eligible for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) that provides $25,000 in grant funding to eligible nurses in exchange for a 2 year commitment. Click here for eligibility criteria.
