New Graduate Guarantee - Registered Nurse

We are seeking Registered Nurse new graduates for a Full-Time 12 week mentorship opportunity!

Up to a $10,000 signing bonus with return of service.

What is the New Graduate Guarantee Program?

The Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) Initiative is designed to support Canadian New Graduate Nurses (i.e. graduates of Registered Nurse Programs) by providing them with a full-time OR full-time temporary job opportunity.

Why would I be interested?

• Provides New Graduate Nurses with the opportunity to obtain experience in nursing through full-time or temporary full-time positions.
• 12-week mentorship support
• Interdisciplinary support as you continue to further development and refine your nursing skills.
• Supports New Graduate Nurses as they transition to practice.

• Secure Full-Time employment upon completion of the twelve-week New Graduate Guarantee Program.
