St. Anthony's Clinic Pharmacy is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our committed and energetic, 'Heart at Home' team; a program that offers mobile nursing care services to our clients in their home. We are looking to welcome nurses with full time, part time availability for day Sunday-Thursday Line and Tuesday-Saturday Line

Position Summary:
• Mobile nursing practice providing assistance with Medication regime and administration to our clients in their home
• Work in collaboration with Vancouver Island Health Authority, community pharmacists and physicians.
• Perform within the LPN scope of practice in administration of PO meds, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, BG Monitoring and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) .
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge and background in cardiology and diabetes are strong assets.
Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver's License and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement included in compensation package).
• Unrestricted Licensure with BCCNM.
• Clear Police Criminal Record Check and Solicitor General's Criminal Record Check.
• Able to effectively use a computer and electronic devices.
